Error

Hello my name is Alex and Im from Brazil Ramos, bought the app: iAmBeat Box and am tempted problems after downloading the application works normally soon after installation, but after that when I try to open it it closes, even after several attempts the app not open, it starts and closes immediately after already deactivated all applications of memory and nothing, if I want to use it again, I have to erase and install again. Ever tried to leave the wifi on, already rebooted and nothing, the application has this problem both on my ipad 2 as my iphone 5s
